No third party group will be passed any personally identifiable data. Your data will ONLY be used for contact of WoTW events and your purchases. There is a 3 year data policy. If you are receiving this email, you have purchased an event or workshop pass within the last 3 years OR you have signed up to receive emails at one of our events or online. If you signed up and have not attended an event there is limited use for your data up to 1 year. If you do not regularly attend WoTW events, if you regularly open and view the emails, you will keep your status active on the mailing list. We are establishing processes to track and sort usage to remove inactive and users that have exceeded the time limitation of data usage.
